This is the most supportive gym I’ve experienced. I wanted to try it out because I am not one who can motivate themselves. After the first session, I was hooked. The coaches are supportive, the people in the class are friendly, and they make it easy to enjoy. The workouts themselves are challenging and are truly suitable for any level.
I can’t recommend it enough!! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is welcoming, energetic and motivating. The coaches genuinely care about helping you reach your goals. OTF WGV its not just a place to work out, it’s a community that keeps you inspired and accountable. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed!
I LOVE OTF at WGV! I have been going there for 2.5 years. The coaches are very motivating and encouraging. The other members have become my gym family and they keep me accountable. I couldn't ask for a better gym. Come join us!!!
Wonderful coach-led gym! The coaches are very encouraging and motivational, while remaining receptive of how everyone has their own limits and pacing, never making you feel bad if you need to rest. This place is a great gateway for those who don’t exercise and want to start.
