This place changed my life! I used to hate working out, but OTF makes it easy to push yourself beyond what you think you are capable of. Employees are very nice and personable. They always greet me by name. They are also great about helping me pause my membership periodically for travel or medical reasons. I am proud to be a founding member!
Great location, Kailyn is a wonderful trainer.
It’s the staff and how they are scamming new members. compulsorily charging for membership even after mentioning the tragic personal situation, not allowing to terminate the membership!! It’s a scam!
Loved in the beginning. New leadership changed the place, ended my membership. Beautoful new location. Workouts are good but monotonous, feels like every week is almost the same.
