I love a good total body workout blending strength training with cardio! OTF Carmichael has great coaches and front desk staff and an incredible community of members. Coaches guide you through the workout and the performance trackers help you monitor your progress in real time and guarantee results! I love everything about this gym!
I had a really positive experience at Orangetheory Fitness. The atmosphere was energetic and welcoming, and the staff were friendly and encouraging from the moment I walked in. I was visiting town for work and decided to try a class at this studio. Unfortunately it ended up being the most unwelcoming Orangetheory location I have attended so far. When I arrived around 5:30 PM, the front desk employee seemed pretty disinterested in helping. I understand it may have been the end of a long day, but the interaction felt a bit cold.
