I’ve been an Orangetheory member for years and have never been treated like this. I have a heart/blood condition that requires me to keep my phone on my person at all times for medical monitoring. I was not using my phone at all, yet I was still removed from class for having it with me. This location refused to accommodate a legitimate medical disability and is not ADA compliant. I have been a member at OTF Union Market for over three years now, hundreds of classes in (I actually began this workout at a studio across the country). There's no OTF like Union Market, complete with the friendliest staff, the most motivating coaches, and an overall commitment to the highest quality workout and environment. I love orange theory and have been going since 2020 to several studios, and Union Market is by far my favorite studio! The coaches and friendly & fun atmosphere has kept me coming back for the past couple years :-) I feel so comfortable working out here, everyone is down to earth and happy to be here. Coach Jaime, Coach Bree, Coach Jeff and Coach Abi are my usual coaches, but everyone else is super fun!
