My experience with Orange Theory, NoHo is wonderful. The staff are knowledgeable and professional. They create an inviting, inclusive community and genuinely care for their members.
Noho has been my home base for over 3 years, the front desk crew are so friendly and energetic; the coaches are incredible: whenever I tend to zone out or have wrong form they would always come and correct it or push me to lift a little heavier or run a little faster or suggest modifications if I'm feeling sore! This studio is a wonderful example of what Orangetheory should be. I work for OTF, at one point as a head of fitness for my region - I’ve seen a lot of coaches, been to many, many studios. I don’t think any studio has embodied community and engagement quite like this studio has. There was staff to staff camaraderie, coach to members, member to member both in & outside of the fitness studio.
