I am OBSESSED with Orange Theory. I have completed 30 classes there so far and look forward to each class. I had never been to a gym or really worked out at all before signing up. All the coaches are so welcoming and have helped me learn better form. It's amazing seeing how much stronger I am already. If you are considering signing up JUST DO IT. I promise you it's worth it!
LOVE OTF Greeley! It’s easy to stay motivated and not get bored or burnt out with the workouts as they’re constantly changing and evolving, always pushing you to be better than you were yesterday. The fact that I can get in a great cardio and strength training session in one hour helps, too. The whole team is awesome and really create a community!
