I've been coming here for about 3 years now and I have to say that it probably offers the best well-rounded and enjoyable workout of any any small/boutique fitness type gym. I track my cardiovascular health metrics routinely and my sleep quality and in the last 3 years have noted substantial and sustained improvements to both. I cannot say enough good things about OTF Greeley! I’ve been a member for the past two years and I have seen my health and physique transform. The space is great, the culture is amazing and wait till you meet the coaches! The whole crew: Payton, Ella, Shannon, Maggie, Cora and Kiley are motivating and knowledgeable and they ALL do an exceptional job.
