The best 1-hour workout out there! I love the structure of the classes, switching between the treadmill, rowers, and weight floor. The workouts change every single day so you never get bored, and the coaches are incredibly motivating and helpful. Highly recommend if you want to push your fitness! I love it!!
My husband and I have been member at Orange Theory Fitness for three year, and the Ridgefield location is our "home" location. Neither of us had ever been gym rats, and never worked out regularly because we just didn't love it anywhere. But thankfully a friend suggested OTF and we gave it a try. I can’t say enough amazing things about Orangetheory Ridgefield! I’ve been an Orangetheory member since 2016, but I only recently discovered the Ridgefield studio, and now I’m never leaving.
