OrangeTheory has been a fantastic place to work out. The coaches, energy, and structured workouts make every class enjoyable and effective. I especially want to thank Coach Jaccob for taking the time to help me choose the right weights and offering valuable nutrition advice. Life-changing results and an incredible community! I can’t recommend Orangetheory enough. I have been coming to the Matthews Orange Theory since August of last year when I moved here for school. All of the staff is so welcoming and really makes you feel like family! All of the coaches are so encouraging and really make an effort to get to know you. All of the coaches truly know how to push me to have the best workout. I love it here!
