Today was my 15th class at this place and I love it! I came with a few co-workers and admit I was skeptical when I showed up. But the energy and support from everyone here had me sign up. I have never been so inspired to wake up on a Sunday morning to “go to the gym” as I have been since starting here. The coaches are phenomenal! I love the workouts here! If you’re struggling with finding a workout, please give this a shot. You won’t be sorry. They’re challenging and require you to push yourself, but in a group setting, I’m competitive so that works in my favor. The staff are always extremely helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and the facility is always clean/well kept. I’m sad that I’m moving away soon and there is no OTF near my new destination.
