Wonderful coaches and staff at OTF Roseville. Love the workouts and how well they get to know us as people, too. This place keeps me sane and is a solid community I can lean on. Can’t say enough good things!!

Roseville location is the best! The temperature is cold, there are plenty of fans and dehumidifiers, and the bathrooms are always clean. The studio and lobby layouts are great and don’t feel too crowded. The coaches are genuinely kind and funny and I always feel good when I leave. The employees seem to put more effort than typical into theme events which is fun.

I’m not very passionate about exercise right now but I refuse to quit bc Roseville OTF is the only workout that motivates me
