Best workout ever!!! Its never the same!! Coaches are fun and engaging!
OTF is for intense personalities and the aspiring to be intense. I have come so far with their help. My most recent experince is four times a month after I did the Transformation challenge. My body is still doing the transformation challenge! I love that I can go into a class and do. And I pick Jonah and Trevor for my coaches because they play the music that takes me to the good parts of my twenties. Thank you guys! Thank you OTF, now I can spread the intense mentatlity to other parts of my life.

My boyfriend and I took a class at Orange Theory in Roseville the other day. It was our first workout class in a couple years, and we were both really nervous. We had an amazing experience here! Each worker that helped us was so kind and did a great job of introducing us to the studio. We are excited to come back and are so grateful to have had such a great experience!
I love Orange Theory Roseville with all my heart! They have the most amazing coaches and staff and never fail to push me to be my best
