After trying so many gyms and never staying consistent, Orangetheory completely changed my mindset! In just one month as a Premier member, I already feel stronger, healthier, and can see real changes in my body. The trainers are amazing, professional, and incredibly motivating. Huge shoutout to Elika and Parsa — they push you to be your best every single workout! This is not just a gym membership — it’s an investment in your health and your future!
They are quick on taking your money but when you want to cancel your membership, what a nightmare! I called multiple times and sent email requesting cancellation of my membership but never got a response. Every time I was able to get a hold of someone there they’ve said they cannot cancel the membership and the manager who can isn’t in, how convenient. They said they will give me a call back when the manager is it but that never happened.
A mix of cardio and strength training classes with a trainer - just what me and my family was looking for!
If you arrive just 6 minutes late to a class (which happened to me today due to heavy traffic and rain), they won’t let you in! If you try to cancel a class 8 hours before, they still charge you. You’re not even allowed to use the spin bike unless you “really need it.” I cancelled my membership, but it won’t take effect for another 30 days—and they still withdraw one more month’s payment after notice. Overall, very rigid policies and poor flexibility for members. I do not recommend this place.
