Everyone at Orangetheory is genuinely nice, patient, and helpful—from the front desk to the instructors. They take time to explain things clearly, never make you feel rushed, and stay encouraging throughout class. The instructors are informative without being overwhelming and modify when needed. Welcoming atmosphere and a great workout. Highly recommend.
Great experience all around! The studio is clean, well organized, and in a great location. The workouts are structured, challenging, and always keep things interesting. Orangetheory Fitness MDR has gone downhill and do not recommend. I pay for unlimited but classes are being dropped entirely or cancelled because they can't find anyone to teach. Perhaps if the company treated their coaches and staff better it wouldn't be such a problem. DO NOT JOIN ORANGETHEORY!
I had an unlimited membership at Orangetheory and needed to cancel because I was moving across the country. I was under the impression that the cancellation policy was 30 days, which is how it’s advertised. In reality, that was not my experience. Unfortunately, Alexyss at the Marina del Rey location also provided me with misinformation throughout the cancellation process, making an already frustrating situation even worse. This place fools people!!! Really bad experience. Sarah at the front desk fooled my daughter by signing her up and started deducting money without sharing contract details. The staff is rude and deducted money even after we discontinued classes. Do not join!!!
