Great staff and class
The workouts and coaches are excellent. Really motivating and professional. However, I had an unusual experience with the front desk. I was injured, so I tried calling to cancel, but couldn’t reach anyone. I later chatted with the Cheyenne and explained my situation, but they said I’d still be charged a cancellation fee and needed to show up regardless of the injury. I’ve trained at this studio for three years, and after many changes it finally feels like the studio energy is back. The new coaching team is fire!. Coaches Brock and Valentine bring real passion, give spot-on form cues, and keep the room buzzing with great playlists! Also major shoutout to Coach Taylor for holding things together through the restructuring. She kept me coming back year-round!
