I love Orange Theory. I have been going for a month and feel the difference. I have even worked out at an OTF out of town and I can tell you that the Bakersfield location is the best!
I was driving to LA from SF and after four hours I needed a break, so I scheduled a workout. I’ve never really been to Bakersfield, so I didn’t know what to expect but honestly, this might be the best Orangetheory experience I’ve ever had. I bounce around different Orangetheory locations in SF and have multiple gym memberships, and to be real, I slam most gyms pretty often. But this place was amazing.
