I like the variety between workouts and the ability to set my own level of difficulty. The Orangetheory coaches are really experienced and classes are focussed and well run. I like the instant feedback on the monitors and tracking my progress on the app. The atmosphere is inclusive and welcoming.
The best 1hr workout ever! Motivating coaches and well thought out workouts. Never the same workout twice. The results are a total mind, body, heart strength transformation.
