Best gym in town, amazing community, friendly staff, and the workout is unmatched!
Coaches are friendly and welcoming. They will help you push yourself but are very supportive of people going at their own pace, and help make whatever modifications will help. Good range of ages and fitness levels - you'll probably have peers in your classes no matter who you are.
The best gym I have ever been to, and I’ve tried a few. The workouts are great, always a bit of everything. However the staff are why I keep coming back! Always greeted by my first name, and always made to feel welcome. I had a tough time getting to the gym after a really bad few weeks at work but when I finally made it Coach Faith chatted with me and made me feel so much better.
