Been a regular since 2022. Big fan of the coaches and different class options that Orange theory has to offer. Best gym in jersey city hands down!
The late policy lacks rational exceptions. Living in Hoboken, I leave really early to get here acceptably early. However there's unpredictable road closures and traffic driving over. I understand you want to set a punctual precedent but it leaves a customer with the worst feeling in the world to get here a few minutes late after fighting unexpected city traffic only to be told I can't join despite plenty of open spots. Now I get to fight traffic home again without a good burn. Really stupid policy.
Diana at the front desk is a total rockstar! She's always welcoming with a genuine smile, handles questions with ease, and makes you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. And Coach Nicole? She's phenomenal! Her coaching is top-tier—full of energy, precise instructions, and tailored motivation that pushes everyone to perform their best while having fun. I've seen huge improvements in my speed and strength thanks to her classes. If you're in Jersey City and looking for a motivating, results-oriented gym, OTF is it.
The place is always clean. The equipment is in excellent condition. The staff is always friendly.
