This was not my best experience at the gym. As a former client returning for services, I expected a higher level of support and customer care. Unfortunately, I did not feel adequately assisted or guided during my visit. While the front desk staff was courteous, I felt there was more focus on pressuring me to sign up rather than providing genuine customer service. Love it. The trainers are amazing, Roly, Noel, and Matt. Worth every penny. Thank you for the motivation and great workouts.
Been here for about a month and its the best decision I've made for my health this year. Better than going to a regular gym because the work out is planned for you and don't have to worry about people holding on to machines. Oh yea and no phones allowed which is awesome! Get a great work out in for an hour and start to feel the difference. Finally able to run after hip pain for over a year 🙌
Orange Theory was just what I was looking for, I’m a year+ postpartum and got tired of making excuses for not going to the gym. The organized classes make me make the most of my hour there and by the end, I know I gave it everything I had and feel great! Coach Matt is awesome.
