I was a premium member for over a year and a half, and my experience with this studio’s membership management and customer service was extremely disappointing. Over the past year and a half, the staff has been incredibly inconsistent about answering phone calls. Great spot Updated 2026: This studio just upgraded to OTF Strong which is a new format for the weightlifting portion of the system. I just went myself and was really impressed. The lifting portion of OTF's system was always the weakest point. I am extremely happy and impressed with this change. It is much easier to consistently lift heavy. The monitoring system provides feedback and forward guidance on how much to lift. Very cool.
I love this location! Shoutout to Coach Emily for always making a positive environment in her classes, they are so fun! Also to Lila at the front desk for always being incredibly helpful and kind, such friendly faces to see every time I come in to workout. Highly recommend trying out Orangetheory Pittsburgh!

I’ve been a member at this location for the past two years, and it has consistently been a great experience. Lila at the front desk is always incredibly helpful and positive. The coaching staff is equally impressive, friendly, upbeat, and highly motivating. Even on days when I don’t feel like working out, coming here energizes me and completely changes my mindset.
