For the most part, I would say this was a nice place regarding friendly staff and feeling welcome. They have nice refreshments and the ladies in the front are very sweet. The dental assistant and hygienist were great at their job. My only complaint is towards one of the dentists in particular. I don’t know her name but she was an older woman who was very rude and had such an attitude. And during my first appointment, I was left with my cavities drilled out for about an hour. The absolute most unprofessional staff that I have ever witnessed, all of the employees are rude and neglectful. The entire place is so money hungry and will do everything they can to convince you that cosmetic procedures are necessary and insurance doesn’t cover it so you will pay them more. I had to ask them if procedures were medically necessary to get them to quit trying to scam me. Also, the women at the front desk are so rude to customers over the phone.
