Called for a appt. The person on the other end said strait up they were not going to see me She was rude and hateful she didn't even ask my ss number or name
Employees were kind, welcoming and helpful.
This office never answered the phone. Staff do not scan in documents in a timely manner, seriously could take weeks to a month for documents to be scanned in. Leaving people without proper benefits or any at all. When questioned they are rude even when the questions are asked in a proper tone and manner.
Called for a problem and an amazing woman, believed her last name was mrs. bull, called me back following up with my issue unexpectedly. 10/10 for her. Thank you. (Orangeburg, SC)
