They have you on hold forever and never answer the phone
They were very knowledgeable in there field. They explained everything so i could understand and the security is very nice and treat you as such.
They give people a hard time.It shouldn't be like that.I was met with confrontational confusion all over a benefit letter.I live in housing and proof letters affect my yearly living situation.Thats nothing to get twisted at the mouth with someone about.Very Rude judgemental and overall unnecessary. *And if proof letters saying a person doesn't receive benefits is not allowed why have that emoticon on the kiosk?*It's not the building it's the people who work here that kick out bad energy and disappointing unprofessional exper... read more
