Don’t rent here if you can avoid it. The complex has a serious cricket and gnat infestation that seems to be everywhere, and management’s response was that it was my responsibility even though I moved in a week ago. My experience has been very disappointing, and I would strongly recommend finding a different place to live for peace of mind because this has been damaging to my mental health personally.
If you are looking for painfully unresponsive management and an absolute nasty attitude over the phone just from trying to get a hold of them, this is the perfect company for you! I was yelled at (literally yelled at over the phone by a grown man named Calvin) for leaving 2 messages about an urgent A/C repair. He said: "YOU DON'T NEED TO CALL ME 18 TIMES!!!!"
