I recently joined Orangetheory after a friend asked me to try a workout. I joined that same day! I always feel so good after the workouts. I’ve never been one to get up early on the weekends to workout and now I do. Love the mix of cardio and strength training. I had always felt intimidated by these types of programs, but I am so glad I gave it a try. It’s the best program for me!

Great studio to visit from out of town. Staff was super nice and even acknowledged I was from out of state. Great workout!
Beau has the best playlist - vibey and motivating. It honestly makes my workout fly by and keeps the whole room in a great mood. I heard he’s new, but you can’t tell by his level of professionalism. 🫶🏼
