They were on time. I mean they did everything quickly. Yes, the price was reasonable. There was no damage to my belongings and they arrived safely at my destination. I don't have anything to say to their customer service. I think everything was fine. For future customers I would say just use them because they are efficient and they are on time. They were friendly.
You can only work with the company if you trust them. I used to say that it is always better to do things myself. It made the move go much quicker and provided us more flexibility since we were on a tight timeline. They have their style and they have the techniques and equipment and so many other great things. They were great in action!
They were very responsive and efficient. Moving is stressful, but these movers made it easier by addressing everything proactively, following up, packing and moving goods promptly. The crew members were very decent, knowledgeable and helpful. Their passion and commitment to work are commendable. We truly appreciate what you've done for us while moving goods. These guys are absolutely fantastic. I have never had a move go so smoothly. My movers were by far the MOST professional movers I have ever worked with. They used shrink wrap, furniture pads, special boxes, furniture-safe tape, and the works to get our move done fast and efficiently. They were extremely hard working, and incredibly skilled in making sure the furniture was well taken care of and safely transferred. My friend told me about these guys. I heard so much about them that I did not call any other movers. I called them for a quote and spoke with their sales rep that offered me a very reasonable price and also submitted a perfect moving plan. They took care of our things and made sure that nothing got damaged or missing. I was really happy to have the timely delivery of my goods and once I checked the inventory it was clear to me that Orange Square Movers is one of the best these days.

DO NOT USE! Worst move ever! Many, many items damaged or broken. Almost as if they literally threw the boxes or dropped them. Also did not properly assemble furniture at destination nor follow placement instructions. Still waiting to hear back from customer service.

We were referred Orange square movers by our neighbors in the new development we're moving into. They helped them move down from Denver to NYC. We were assisted by a very efficient guy. He worked us out a fantastic deal. He puts in so much personal care into his job. The crew was so delightful and so professional. I've moved several times but never seen furniture wrapped so fast.
