Poor communication, no one answers the phones ,can’t leave a message cause it’s always full . I’ve spoke to the supervisor and the Director via email and still can’t get my situation resolved ! It’s sad but yet we have to pay for their error and lack of communication! I really want to leave Essex County because seems the system is designed to make you fail here
