The doctor, staff, and hygienist were all professional, friendly, and welcoming. However, my experience was unfortunately impacted by one staff member who was offensive and in a way a little bit rude. No one had informed me that I needed to qualify first for the new patient special when i called to get an appointment. and when I declined to pay the extra fee, her reaction made the situation even more uncomfortable. Very professional staff and punctual with their customers when notifying them of appointments and insurance payments. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants great work done.
