I was referred to Dr. Koops by the VA. This is literally the best place in Cleveland to go to for dentistry! I WILL NOT be going anywhere else! They are kind. They will give you a blanket. Dr. Koops is so gentle. They don’t seem to ever have a bad day. If you are fearful of the dentist, this is the right place! I’m not even kidding!
I have been a patient of this practice for many years and have always received excellent dental care. I am treated with kindness and respect and never felt the staff minimized my anxiety related to the dental treatment I had to undergo. I am now choosing to write a review because yesterday I lost a filling and had to leave town in a few days. The practice is closed on Fridays. Teeth cleaning
The doctor, staff, and hygienist were all professional, friendly, and welcoming. However, my experience was unfortunately impacted by one staff member who was offensive and in a way a little bit rude. No one had informed me that I needed to qualify first for the new patient special when i called to get an appointment. and when I declined to pay the extra fee, her reaction made the situation even more uncomfortable.
