Terrible nursing staff. Very off-putting, rude and unwilling to listen or accommodate patients and family needs. I am highly impressed with Mikel Faciane and the other providers we have seen. However, after multiple visits with both my children we are leaving the practice because of how awful the office staff and nursing staff are. We are sad to leave great doctors and a fabulous PA but sadly their staff is driving us away time after time. RecommendedI cannot say enough about Dr. Sauer and the staff at Orange Park Pediatrics! I am a first time Mom and gave birth in the middle of this pandemic. The staff and Doctors have such a calming yet professional way of easing your mind while at the same time conveying important milestones and sharing their experience and knowledge. They take time with each appointment and answer and encourage questions which is amazing (and never make you feel like your question is”dumb” lol)! We have always loved our pediatrician (have a 4, 2, and newborn) but super impressed with how they are handling the current health situation. Showed up at Argyle this morning for a 2 week well check. They had all patients signing in and waiting in their cars until they received a phone call to ensure that a clean room was ready and to limit contact/exposure, We were then asked to go to Smith Street office as they are now seeing only sick children at Argyle and well checks at Smith Street. We love OPP! we have been using them since my daughter turned 2. She loves the office and the staff is so great with the kids.
Horrible service. Had the nurse/MA ARGUE with me about my daughter needing an extra dose of the flu shot when she was already receiving her booster dose then argue with me when I told her the pharmacy said I needed an updated script to finish her 14 day med bc the med expired after 10 days. I didnt get the script now my daughter wont finish her antibiotic. And they'll prob blame me for the "antibiotic resistant" pneumonia. Actual doctors are great though.
I really love Orange park Pediatric, my son has been with them since he was a new born and they always take care of him. Dr. Bernard is really wonderful. They always fit us in as fast as they can. It truly is a great establishment. Thank you OPP!
The front office is so amazingly nice and easy to get in touch with! The nurses always call back quickly when I have questions or concerns! The dictors are not overly quick to use antibiotics and really try to be proactive rather than reactive! And Dr. Bedard is the best! He has young kids so he's still in the trenches and in touch with what it is to be parenting young children! I recommend this office with 10 stars!! ☆☆☆☆☆
