Not happy with the results or the solution but most of all was treated horribly by the office manager. Treated bad in person which I chalked up to a bad day or having a workload that is greater than she was capable of handling. But the worst was in email blatantly lying about what I told her and twisting my words around. Will not go back as I don't think I have been treated this bad anywhere else ever.
