My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Maritza. She's very attentive and professional while we leased a home. Anything needed attention for maintenance she was prompt to have maintenance come out and handled the issue. I'd recommend her highly as she's been the best realtor we've had and absolutely to work with.
Maritza Westerveld!!! Watch out for that name! Do yourself a favor and stay far away. She is our property manager and is by far the rudest, most unprofessional, nastiest person I’ve ever had to do business with. The previous tenant at our address warned me about her and I didn’t think much of it since I didn’t think I’d have to deal with her much, but boy was I wrong. Terrible experience with this company. Stay away, especially from Maritza. She will treat you nice and then screw you over when it's time to get that security deposit back. Terrible communication and very unprofessional. Huge disappointment!
The company itself is Ok but if you have a lady named Jane I suggest to RUN! She left us in a house with no AC in the middle of the summer! When we asked her to call the company to have them come get it fixed she made every excuse to not call them and then she finally said she would call after we had to call her 3 times to ask. We had a feeling she would not call so we did some digging and found the companies phone number and go figure she NEVER called like she said she did.
