they just let anyone own a franchise. it’s really just a mickey mouse clubhouse at this rate.
Gonna leave a bad review here too because they deserve it. I went in yesterday to the Georgetown TX location with my husband around 7/7:30pm and the store was a bit lacking with supplies like the "gloves" they ask you to use on the dispensers but overall it went fine. Once we left I tasted my chocolate yogurt and it was sour and spoiled. My husband agreed and took it back in for a refund. An older lady was working and she tasted it and agreed that it was bad. Saturday in Sarasota. Extremely friendly & helpful staff. Went in for a sweet frozen treat for my son & walked out with a dozen tasty mini donuts for my daughter’s dance team. We’ll be back!
I recently went to the western hills orange leaf and had a really bad experience! I walked in and the worker at the time wouldn't cash me out because she was "counting money." Ten minutes later she decided to cash me out. I ordered an oreo shake... there was another worker next to her who wasn't clocked in at the time, The one who checked me out looked to the other staff member, who still wasn't clocked in and asked her to "make my shake."
