AC doesn’t work. Literally no power to the unit. Called to get it fixed and told that she was too busy at 1am. The windows don’t open!!! It’s hot and stuffie. Also, they didn’t even wash the new bedding before placing it on the bed. The quality control sticker was still on it.

Stay away from all Holiday Inn. One of their employees stole over $100 in cash from my room and the corporate office basically told me to go to hell. GREAT customer service???? NOT!!!!!

Poor very poor service at the registration desk. Really poor! When called to find out about the shuttle to the airport they said they were to busy taking care of other guests. "Go out to the street and wait for it. We have to timetable and dont know when it will come. Comoe down and wait." They said I could wait for 5 minutes to 45 min. They could not call and let me know when it will be in. So I had no other option to go down to a lobby filled with mosquitos.
