No pool and no workout room and the hotel would not refund my money when I found out there was not a pool.

They do need renovation. Housekeeper needs to knock before opening the door. She was saying she had to do a check. Ok but when the room has been checked into? 👎🏼 Called front desk and was told they’ll tell the manager. Front desk were AWESOME! Overall stay was good.

I love this Airport especially the new Tom Bradley International Terminal which I flew out often. The only thing which takes up an entire star off from my experience are the price of food & Beverages which is outrageously expensive and has a bit dampen my experience!!

Clean and relaxing. Although it’s close to the airport I was not disturbed by noises.
