The employee working today May 6, 2022 who I spoke with at 10:15 AM was posing as the owner of this DQ branch. She was very rude & just hung-up on me. I work with Dairy Queen Corporate office & was bringing to her attention an issue with one of the employees who took my order yesterday May 5, 2022. I used to go there every time I went to the Tanforan mall to get a banana split. After being closed for what seemed like 2 years for a remodel, I discovered yesterday they were open again. Went to get a banana split and saw they'd gone up $1.50 in price. Got one anyway and was disappointed with it. No cherry, no nuts, and the pineapple topping was dry. What a waste of money. Not going back.
