We contacted Jeff months ago because he was the one who installed the system several years ago, to check out our irrigation system. He came out and said we needed anew controller. He never called back. Because of covid we waited and then tried to contact him. We finally reached him and set up an appointment. His worker came out and replaced the controller and said he checked the sprinklers. However, the controller wasn't working, it goes off at different times and the sprinklers aren't working. I hired Jeff, the owner of Orange Irrigation and Drainage, to install drains at my home in order to stop the erosion that was occurring in my yard. I called and spoke to Jeff, the day after he installed the drains to inform him that it had rained that day and the soil had eroded all the way down to the bottom of the drains that he had just installed the day prior.
