I’ve been taking both of my kids here and have never had an issue until today when I got a very rude phone call from Tina in which she kept interrupting me and cutting me off and told me to get in touch with her by the end of the week with an answer about if my insurance is or isn’t going to pay for our last visit. I’ve never had a pediatric office do that, most will just wait for the insurance to approve or deny before contacting the patient. She would not let me get a word in edgewise. This pediatrics office no longer treats patients who won't submit their children to the American Academy of Pediatrics vaccination schedule.
Dr.Parkinson is the best, she always takes the time to address any and all my concerns for my kiddos. She has a very laid back feel and gives you all the information before making any decisions on your child’s care. We appreciate her very much!
Dr Parkinson is AMAZING! As a first time mom, she answered all my crazy questions and made me feel so supported! She is so kind and thorough! The staff is so awesome, they are nice and accommodating! Could not recommend more!
I myself was a patient of Dr. Sachrison from about 5 into adulthood and she is now my daughter's pediatrician as well. "Grandma doctor" as she called herself, which we loved. I could not rave about her more - she is absolutely fantastic with kiddos and makes the whole visiting the doctor not seem so scary.. staff is always awesome and more than accommodating. Thank you doctors and staff for all that you do!
