RecommendedThe doctor was thorough. Staff was mostly friendly. A couple of complaints. My temperature was taken before entering the building. It was 98.0°. I have not one single symptom of covid19, the girl then asks if I have a mask. I’m like, no. So, she says, you have to wear one to be treated. I was like ok. Dr. Cathey is NOT a good doctor, ESPECIALLY for babies!! We were told to take our 4month old to that clinic cuz our pediatrician was there and ended up seeing Dr. Cathay. Her symptoms: runny diarrhea last week, low grade fever, started coughing, runny nose, rattling in her chest choking on drainage. A lil cranky but still a good baby. He looked at ONE ear, said it’s a lil gray, nose looks crusty, did NOT listen to her chest!! RecommendedI had my Botox for migraine done here today, instead of my neurologist’s main Gulfport office. Office staff were very fast and friendly. We came early (like 30 minutes early), and I was put in a room as soon as a I checked in. My husband had some bloodwork to do for one of his Memorial specialists, and his experience was also good. Fast. Less than 30 minutes for both of us.

I’ve been here for over an hour. Others have come in after me and have already been seen. I’m still waiting in the lobby.
I’ve been with Memorial for years, my children have all gone here and over the past year or so they have totally gone down hill and customer service is horrible! I mean you call for an appointment and the phone just rings and 10 mins of trying to call someone finally picks up only to be put on hold for an addition 10-15 mins. Finally get someone to set up an appointment and it’s months out! I wouldn’t NOT recommend them to anyone!
