RecommendedI stayed at this facility this past week for the first time. I had the pleasure of dealing with Gayle and Jeana in the office and Miguel on the grounds. A great experience with fun residents and a fantastic staff! In addition it’s proximity to lots of great attractions makes it a must visit if you are in the area! Highly recommend it!
Gail at the front desk was marvelous, she helped me book all my other resorts in Florida Kissimmee RV is the perfect place to stay to visit all of Orlando’s parks The maintenance guys were always busy keeping the park looking great The pool was warm and in great shape

stayed for a week while in town for disney and orlando. they were great working with the rental r.v. people. pool is nice and shower house and laundry came in handy. cant beat the price. office staff was great and so accommodating.
What crooks!! They took our deposit money and won’t return it!! They have NO cancellation policy listed anywhere! We booked 2 nights here, had to cancel unexpectedly, it was days prior to when we needed to be there and to be exact the very next day after booking that we cancelled! Was told we would be charged $35, plus another $5 fee, so they kept our $40! BS! It’s only $40 yea, but how many ppl do they do that too! How are you going to charge us an entire night! The best activities directors I’ve ever known, James and Terri. We have been so happy to find this Rv Park and the members are so helpful and like family. The activities are so great, you’ll never be bored, walking groups, bingo, shuffleboard, horseshoes, board games, crafts, ice cream socials, bible study and more. This is not your usual rv park. This is your family orientated, fun and life is good park !!!
We had a reservations with a site number with a deposit for a months stay. When we arrived we were offered choice of 3 other sites as our site was occupied by someone. They said specific sites are not guaranteed 😡 The office staff was quite rude and would not give us a reason why the others got the site instead of us. After over 12 years we will not be staying here in the future and will miss our many friends
How many times are you guys going to raise my rent? You have raised it 3 times this year? 3 times in a year is ridiculous!
