The manager at the Orange location, Analis, is wonderful. It took a long time to get my U-boxes, and let's face it, moving sucks in general, but she was pleasant, she made sure we were doing ok with a phone call a few hours later, and offered to pick them up at no charge. The rest of the staff was a little dim, but she was great. Definitely work with her if you need to move.

Recently purchased from Mr. Staples who owned the business for years. When Mr. Staples owned it he was never there because he owned another business so you had to meet him by appointment only. Now that the new owners have it we tired to give them a shot. We made a reservation in advance only to get to the location and find no one on site that had a clue. As matter a fact it appears they rent the office section out to someone else that has nothing to do with the storage or Uhaul Business and could offer no assistance at all. ... read more
