I contacted Hilary panicking about my daughter (and possibly myself) and she was able to see us within the hour. She was efficient and thorough, and made sure she got everything from our hair (And the recheck two days later proved she did!). Her space was comfortable, private, and very child friendly. She even helped me carry my stroller up the stairs - wonderful service all around!
