I had a recent procedure with one of the physicians at the Orange County Urology Associates. I am not commenting on the physician but the office. It is next to impossible to get through their answering system. They do not call you back. I have had an extremely hard time figuring out my medication orders as there are inconsistencies. A week after my procedure and I am still unsure about what medication I need to take. They seem so busy that they simply don't care. I have never experienced such an inhumane treatment.
I've had 3 appointments scheduled. First one they were closed because of a fire in their building the day before. Did they cal, to tell me then No, they called me 45 minutes after I get to their closed office the next day. Second visit went fine but billing kept making mistakes and you have to deal with it by email. Third I had a problem, waited 2 weeks for the appointment then they cancel as I'm walking in the building 15 minutes before the appt. I have to drive 20 miles to get there. I have been a patient at OC Urology Associates since January 2015. My experience with my doctors, Dr. Taylor (retired) and Dr. Daniel Su has been nothing but superior! I truly believe I would not be here today if not for their professional diagnosis and treatment. I have also found the staff to be professional and caring. Yes, there were some delays in getting a hold of them a few years ago, but that was when they were recovering from the fire at the Laguna Nigel office.
