Prize Winning Orange County Speaker! If there were a prize for the best speaker repair in the USA I would give it to Orange County Speaker Repair. I've used many different speaker repair shops over my lifetime and Orange County Speaker deserves a Prize! Customer service is 2nd to NONE! They have the best customer service I've experienced for many years. Most companies are all about the bottom line and don't have good customer service. O.C. Speaker does the highest quality work I've ever seen.
Orange County Speaker is a huge step above the rest. OCS has been my go to company for all my speaker repairs for the past 20 years. I've tried a few other local repair shops and I always end up going back to OCS. I live in Texas, so I have to ship my speakers to them. Their prices are great so even with the shipping it still works out in my favor. I HIGHLY recommend OCS!
World Class is an understatement. Excellent products and incredible service. I ordered some of their locking banana plugs and they only cost $2.50 each. I first looked at Monster Cable and they didn't have anything that locked. I found some by WBT that cost $25.00 PER PLUG!!! (not from Orange County Speaker) I know this will sound stupid, but I bought 1 pair of the WBT ($50.00) and 1 pair of the GLS Audio locking banana plugs ($5.00) and they were almost identical. My JBL L77 speakers never sounded better! I had an old pair of JBL L77 speakers that my dad had given me as a birthday gift 40 years ago. They had sentimental value and had been sitting in my garage unused for the past 20 years. I did a search to see if these old boys could be fixed and I found Orange County Speaker. Another 10 star review. OCS regaussed my TAD 2001 compression drivers last week. Superb job!!! Their customer service is second to none -really great people to deal with. For my first time dealing with them I'm highly impressed!! A customer for life.
