Top marks in my book When I made first contact with Orange County I spoke with a very sweet young lady named Jennifer. She was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions like she'd been doing it for eons. My second contact was in person and I was helped by Angel. He was equally helpful and had my speakers written up in no time. My third contact was picking my speakers up. Angel helped me again and even took my speakers out to my car for me. Very nice. Orange County Speaker Repair has what it takes! I took in my JBL speakers to have them fixed. The price they quoted over the phone was estimated at $150 and very reasonable. I paid about $2000 in the 80's for these babies. When I arrived at their store they tested my speakers the repair price turned out to be only $70. Excellent! The lady that answered the phone knew every answer I could throw at her. damn! ;) Seriously, she was a wealth of information and knew her stuff. I live about 600 miles away, so I shipped by speakers. Excellent work, excellent lead-time, excellent service, excellent excellent excellent. I've already recommended two of my neighbors.
Great Service A few months back my husband blew out his speakers. We have been looking to replace them ever since. We have looked and looked all around town and no luck. Then one day we were refered to Orange County Speaker, and our problem was solved my husband and I only needed the speaker not the speakers in boxes. Lifetime customer Found these guys in the mid to late 80's when I was in a hair metal band. I'd be in their shop every other week with something burned up in my system. My band and I relied on these guys heavily. Fast forward 25 years later... Short hair, 2 adult kids, wife, 9-5 job, and playing surf music on the weekends. Orange County Speaker is a huge step above the rest. OCS has been my go to company for all my speaker repairs for the past 20 years. I've tried a few other local repair shops and I always end up going back to OCS. I live in Texas, so I have to ship my speakers to them. Their prices are great so even with the shipping it still works out in my favor. I HIGHLY recommend OCS!
Just received my speakers back and they're rocking the planet again! I shipped my babies all the way from New York to Orange County Speaker (California). The funny thing is I thought Orange County Speaker was in New York when I first found their website. We have an Orange County in NY too. We just don't have anyone like Orange County Speaker. Repairing speakers with OCS since the 70's. 5-STARS! I suppose this review is sorta pointless since I agree with all the top reviews already, but I had to add one because I love OCS. They have worked on my speakers since the 70's. I always receive impeccable service and have referred tons of my friends to them. All my friends love them too. I know, it's like a big love-fest around here. :)
