I was devastated to find out that the people who put in our shower did not seal it, causing water to go into the wall. OC restoration was a great company in this situation because they made a scary problem seem less daunting. I was worried that they were going to open the wall and claim that I needed more extensive services and charge me more, but they didn’t. We had a great experience with Orange County restoration. The entire crew was fantastic and extremely thorough in their work. Everything was done very clean. Rico, our main point of contact took great care of us and consistently followed up to make sure everything was going smoothly. This company clearly takes pride in what they do.
