I have never been treated more like trash at any medical facility. The staff are extremely unprofessional. I would rather drive an hour out of my way than go here again.
This is the worst medical center. We have been trying to call and contact them for a week, everyday and no answer. The time they answer we are put on hold for 40 minutes and then hung up. No reply or call back.
EDIT 6/12/25: I was so desperate for help that I showed up at 7am to see Evelyn two and a half hours later. The staff promised they would send a referral within two days. It's now day four and, didn't happen. I complained that the area under my eye was infected, I had been to an optometrist (eye scan was negative) and was told to immediately find a specialist, warning that I could go blind. But it fell on deaf ears to the woman at the front, she said "We're short staffed, it'll be sent within two days". Evelyn is a terrific ... read more
EDIT 1/4/24: This company does not answer their phones, at all. I had an appointment last week but they called me, 20 minutes before our time, and cancelled. I have called multiple times and they do not answer. I even called the number for doctors and hospitals, that went to a google voicemail. Evelyn is great but the only way to make an appointment is to go in person, and they're closed from 12-2pm. Argh! You don't want to be here, trust me. The worst health center I have seen. Not recommended at all, very poor service, specially reception, No one answer you call when you need them, most of the time are out of service.I called at 3:20pm and saying it’s a lunch time which is very funny, or saying we have technical issues there is Lady on reception I think her name is Martha, she is not helpful at all, she always delays on our medical process’s, even on of our important referral was expired DR Habashi and her was in charge but they were not able to send the medica... read more
