I did not have a compassionate experience with this facility or doctor. I found them after cold calling dozens of places in the area looking for an exceptional doctor in 2021. I did my first appointment through telehealth which felt odd because with muscular/structural issues I think the provider should rely on imaging but also feel or observe the area in pain. I went to the office of Dr. Maryam Rahimi (Pain Management Physicians Newport Beach) (Orange County & Rehab Clinic) shortly after my surgery. This Doctor will not prescribe medication as needed. Dr. Maryam Rahimi is one of those greedy, manipulative doctors. She will make you set appointments so she can stick you in every way with multiple trigger point injections; until she has made enough money to validate giving you medication. Fact… Dr. Rehimi reads her reviews and the fact that she talked to Pauline about my review and Pauline reached out to me not only shows that she cares but that she’s a amazing doctor more then I thought she was from the vet beginning. I don’t think it’s the same anymore? Don’t know what’s happening but everything is bad? You get forgotten or rescheduled! At first it was good but now I’m wanting to look for another doctor but everyone there is so nice . Then again I need my pain medication and going without it for days don’t help. The injections I get There’s no point to them if I don’t have the medication to help? I don’t know what to do?? Bigger is not better sometimes I’m feel overwhelmed and stressed
The staff here is rude when I first called they answered and I could hear them talking in the background. I said hello there times and got no response. Then when I called back they answered and put me in the hold que without saying anything. When I called back they wouldn't answer and i was forced to leave a voicemail.
