If you are a Black woman, a Black family, or someone transferring from LA County, save yourself the frustration and know upfront: this program will do the absolute bare minimum for you, and even that will feel like pulling teeth. I had my FSS case transferred out here from LA County. HACLA sent my FSS case over. It was confirmed.
