Staff here are wonderful, service is great, exceptional service given by Michelle R., Yesenia D., Alexia F., Victoria B.Busy clinic, clean, good staff, Dr. Christopher Yian is quick, efficient, thorough, caring. Restroom is located outside down the hall with a key.
Dr. Pettis is a very knowledgeable and competent Dr. He has been very professional and helpful in my personal diagnosis and helping me contact other professionals to help me with my situation. As a result my prognosis has turned completely around and I am doing extremely well compared to what it was looking like prior to coming to him and seeing other more highly rated Dr.'s. I recommend Dr. Pettis.
NOBODY in this clinic is committed to care about patients. The attending staff never answer the phone and always say they are busy. Believe me, they never answer the clinic phones. On the rare occasion they do pick up and say they are busy and put you on hold for over an hour. Two days ago I was at Emergency room and I received a letter confirming I needed an emergency appointment with my ENT doctor within two days, but they didn't respond. Dr. Sun is a quack. I’ve been seeing Dr Sun since March 2023. I had an MRI done, and he did not even come out with a computer so that I could see the results with him, and he could explain what was going on with my sinuses. He said that the MRI scan didn’t yield any results. Months later, I had to go to the emergency room for a CT scan and learned there was a cyst on my left sinuses, which Dr. Sun never mentioned.
