Went in for an xray and it went perfectly. the staff was super friendly and helpful. Will definitely be returning.
The reviews here are very consistent with my experience today. The goal is to get your treatment done with no consideration of what the patient is experiencing. I told the technician that I was afraid to lie down for fear of triggering a vertigo episode. She looked at me with a cold stare. When I agreed to lie down and ended up with a severe vertigo episode, she was completely unsympathetic and watched me stumble across the room without offering help. No good. Very dissatisfied with my experience so far and haven't set foot in the facility yet. They never called to confirm the appointment or deliver instructions.(although thet said they did when I called them)...So I wouldn't have known not to eat or wear jewelry or that I needed to drink copious amounts of H2O. VERY POOR COMMUNICATION!!! I've already decided to get a second opinion in the reading of my results as I no longer trust or respect them.
These places (the Irvine / Laguna woods facilities) thinks people have no life and plenty of time to waste. I had an appointment this morning (July 25th) for 10:30 AM at the Irvine location. - I actually got there early (9 AM) and was asked "didn't you get a call from us?" - Nope. They had no technician to do my scan that morning and either didn't call me to cancel (the person actually said I was the 4th one to show without getting a call) or they waited until too late to call - then they made an appointment for me at their ... read more
