I got a ticket for my registration being expired by barely 1 month due to the reminder letter we have gotten for the past 20 years. And now I can't even find it online to pay. And when I try and call it's got a 1 hour hold. Who can help me pay this ticket?
If you go to the court house in Seminole County, it is so much more convenient then Orange county. The wait line for anything is either non-existing, or about 5 minutes. And when I got a ticket for going 2 mph faster than a cop, my punishment for pleading no contest was worst than the original ticket (they raised the fine and required me to take an 8 hour driving course in person, which is also more expensive). What's the logic behind it? If I had known, I would have just pleaded guilty!
So who do you contact when my Florida child support takes money from your taxes for supposed arears and missed payments. And when you go to the courthouse with all your payment history and court documentation saying no arears from a judge they tell you they can't do anything. A government agency with a lack of call operation center resources, when calling in to 407-836-2000 and after long repetitious recorded message, line is constant busy. Thought they would have made it easy to conduct business as Mr. Fernández have stated on his recorded message.
