The portal to access records is horrendous. I requested documents. Was informed 2 days later that my request was undeliverable -- informed by the Clerk of Courts system. One day after that I received confirmation of my request and informing me that my request would take up to 10 days before I would even be informed of the cost associated. Your system, in my experience, is very poor. I expect more from my tax dollars.
I would like to say that the team of Clerks in Orlando's downtown office is like no other in regards to customer service, expertise, and making things happen. I have had the extreme pleasure of working with Carmen Velazquez, who has assisted me during two cases while I was recovering from disabling injuries and (still) chronic health issues. She is truly a HERO for those she assists, She also enlisted the help of Ruben Salamat, who really stood out, and now on a different matter I have had the expert assistance of Grace Uy. ... read more

Biggest waste of my time! Call to pay a red light ticket and clerk of court hasn't even filed it in there system and can't accept a payment. When it's finally found my license is sent for suspension 10 days after I was told I had 30 days from the date it was processed in their system. Very poor customer service and ineffectiveness in filing paperwork in a timely matter and I have to be penalized for it.
Orange County clerk of courts child support division representatives are unhelpful, rude and give you as little information as they possibly can!
