Don’t even bother calling, after waiting 20 minutes on hold I was greeted by a woman in the “records department” that was rude at best. Not at all helpful, she could not answer rudimentary questions that should be easy for someone who works in the department. If that employee and my experience is any reflection on how the clerks office is run, we need to elect a new clerk. Awful.
An endless loop of dead ends if you call and a website that won't pull up the records from a civil case. I have to meet deadlines or I'm in violation but the county and the court can take forever with impunity.
10-19-17 Thurs-Your pmt processing program at "myorangeclerk" is not taking my online payment. CAN YOU PLEASE REPLY TO ME? I tried 6 times and each time it gave me an error which I knew was incorrect. Said: "There as an error submitting your form. Your current session has timed out. Please resubmit your request."After the 1st time, I typed lightening fast for all next subsequent tries all came back with same timeout error. So you know, I closed the browser AND THEN I restarted my computer and with both, I still got the error... read more
